TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR V AND W LIQUOR

1. Introduction Welcome to the V and W Liquor website, powered by Clover (the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products from V and W Liquor ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Oakland, California.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this Site.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT – 21+ ONLY This Site and our products are intended solely for users who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

By accessing this Site and/or placing an order, you hereby represent and warrant that:

The recipient of any order placed by you is at least 21 years old.

We take this very seriously. Valid, government-issued photo identification proving the holder is 21 years of age or older will be required strictly upon in-store pickup or delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe a customer is under the legal drinking age.

3. Account Registration To make purchases on the Site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur.

Pricing: Prices on the Site may differ from in-store prices. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable sales taxes and CRV.

Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

Availability: All items are subject to availability, and we may limit purchase quantities.

5. Orders and Payment Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time for any reason. We accept the payment methods indicated on our checkout page.

6. Pickup and Delivery Policy

In-Store Pickup: Orders may be placed online for pickup at our Oakland location. You must present a valid ID consistent with the order details upon arrival.

ID Verification: A person 21 years or older with valid photo identification must be present to receive the order. If the recipient cannot provide valid ID, or appears intoxicated, the order will be denied.

7. Returns and Refunds Please review our separate "Returns and Exchanges Policy" page for details on returns, which are generally restricted by California law.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this Site is the property of V and W Liquor or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, V and W Liquor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Site.
